About

I husband and father and do the stuff that goes along with those two roles: i.e. work, landscape, help with laundry, cook, clean, change diapers, help in potty training, attempt to figure out my wife and kids’ ‘love languages’, take some quiet time to recharge, watch sports, watch animated feature films, answer the question ‘what are you doing daddy?’ 38 times a day (at least), watch various competition reality shows featuring dancing, and the like.

Our lives are constantly changing as our kids grow and as we grow. Sometimes that means we’re reworking some things around the house. Sometimes it means that I’m needing to have things reworked inside of me. It seems with each passing month, our little ones require a new set of parenting skills—teaching toddler boys not to destroy property or helping a pre-school girl learn how to speak respectfully or demonstrating that the tag is always in the back, regardless of the type of clothing.  It is exhausting and exhilarating!
